Both associates greeted me with a friendly smile and warm welcome. I had never been inside a Pandora store so the associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and gave me a rundown of everything. I am very pleased with my visit.

The lady that helped me her name was Cassandra D. Was really helpful. She helped me right away helped me pick out a ring I wanted. Also showed me other pieces of jewelry I was interested in.

I really liked how Cassandra was super nice, and didn’t make me feel like i was obligated to buy something and she showed me different options and I didn’t feel rushed she was super friendly! Most of the time I feel like I am obligated to get something but she was super patient and nice with me I appreciate it! Made my shopping experience great !!
