My fiance has been getting me charms for my bracelet for a few years now. Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable on the products they're selling.

Employee was helpful. Got my charm quick. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us and knew where everything we were looking for was!

I found what I wanted. The sale person helping me was very helpful and nice . She was very Patient with me and my mom. But I do wish there were a bigger Selection of Charms. But over all I found what I wanted.

I was very satisfied with my experience when I went in. I was looking for some clips & with the help of one of the associates I was able to find the perfect ones. I went with some rose gold ones to mix with my silver bracelet.
