My husband and I received great customer service from the young lady that was working. She was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of information. She was able to answer all of our questions. She was very friendly and helpful.

Great service and felt welcomed. Felt safe with our new environment, everyone was wearing masks and hand sanitizer visible for use. Felt no pressure to purchase and was able to take our time to look at charms.

I needed a necklace and stopped by at the pandora store. The girl associate helped with all the choices she had to offer, explained everything so i made my choice quickly and was happy about my new ball necklace. It is awesome and most likely i will come back to get something else.

Pandora is always the place I go for gifts because the staff makes everything so easy to find. I like that there is so many items to choose from and not just holiday charms, but crazy, funky, fun and unique charms.
