I have not been at the mall since the COVID crisis and I was pleasantly surprised with how well the young ladies kept this store. It was immaculate! I was very impressed and I very much appreciated their efforts to keep me safe! I have been to other stores and their employees just did the minimum but this stellar staff was very conscientious about cleaning after a customer touched a piece of jewelry. These young ladies were also extremely professional and knew their product well. One young lady particularly stood out. Ashleigh was the gal who assisted me with my purchase. She was knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic, and friendly! I very much enjoyed my experience and will come back to this particular store very soon! Ashleigh thank you for caring about your customers safety and experience! Well done! You deserve a raise!

My visit to one of the Pandora stores was very good actually. I got helped right away, and the store was empty. I was in and out!!

CSR was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Cleanliness of store, hand sanitizer was available, and staff were wearing masks. I did not feel rushed to complete my purchase.
