I have 3 sons. My oldest son, Robbie, got engaged to Valeria in March. I have been working on a Pandora bracelet for her. I got the Pandora bangle. They have 5 doggies. My family is from Russian, I am first generation American. I bought a doggie charm, went to the Tucson Gem Show and bought block initial charms for Robbie and Valeria, Valeria's Mom and me, one for each of their doggies and then Russian Amber spacer beads. Robbie called me on Friday and told me they bought a house and set a wedding date for Dec 20, 2019. Robbie said he sat down with Valeria and told her he knows some girls have dreams since they were a little girl of what their dream wedding will be and he wanted to give that to her. Valeria said her dream since she was a little girl was to have a family and a home. I went to the Pandora store and told this story to Corrinna, a sales associate. She helped me find the perfect charms: a house with a heart and daises (my Russian Grandma's favorite flower), a heart charm that says Family, and a sparkling heart clip to keep them safe on the bracelet. Adison helped also. I will give this beautiful bracelet along with my heart to my new daughter on her wedding day.

The sales associate was great! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was indecisive and she was quite patient with me. She showed me all I wanted to see and at the end of the day, i found exactly what I had envisioned!

Pandora Employee was welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere in the store was positive and all the employees were helpful and knowledgeable.The two necklaces and o pendant in rose are beautiful. I love the color and the adjustable chain. Very smooth transaction and I will continue shopping at Pandora.
