I was satisfied because as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by about 2 people. I was able to walk around and look at some things, before asking if I needed anything. Then Erianna H approached me and asked what I was looking for. Erianna was great, had a very personable approach, and was very talkative.

I received a damaged item from an online order and they had me in and out in about 10 minutes! Very easy process, and I love that I was able to return in store instead of through the mail.

I came in for the exotic crown part of the SHINE collection and was able to call ahead and have them hold it for me. I made the drive from Phoenix to Tucson for these rings cause they were sold out at all the local stores. The sales associates were pleasant and bubbly. Helped up get a discount on one ring for a promotion that was going on, that I wasn't aware of. Was able to get the item I wanted and saved some money.
