My sales associate was very helpful and sweet. She was obviously knowledgeable and experienced. She showed me options I was not aware of. My only complaint is that this store is always so HOT!!!

The store was not crowded and Corrinna knew exactly where all the charms were. My only complaint is that there were not catalogs. That is totally ridiculous.
