Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not make me feel "unwelcome" even though I was initially "just browsing", especially since I came from the gym and looked like a rag-a-muffin.

Every time i go in pandora i always have a good experience. They always offer to clean my bracelet. They always have new charms to choose from.

I had a terrible experience at the PANDORA SCOTTSDALE location. Although I purchased items, I just wasn't satisfied and the merchandise was hard to work with by myself. I explained to RHONDA that one of the charms was chipping and I had only worn it 3 times. I was so disappointed and started to think PANDORA wasn't the place for me. :-( But RHONDA stayed with me and we found a bracelet with pineapples...MY FAVORITE!!! She really helped me craft the perfect collection of charms for my bracelet. I am so excited about it and felt like I was valued customer.

I walked into Pandora while waiting to get my screen protector replaced and it was an amazing decision. Addison was so funny, helpful, and very sweet. She was able to help me find a thumb ring that fits me perfectly and suits me really well, and it was a really great price. She didn't try to push me above my budget and compared prices of other rings I was considering so I could make a good decision. I really appreciated her help and I can't stop staring at my beautiful Pandora ring!!

Everything I was looking for was found in one bracelet which included a box. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about items around her and knew exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back looking for more charms to add to my collection.

I was shopping online for earrings and noticed they were available at store near me. I then went into the store and found out they were at a higher price than online. I decided I was going to purchase them at the store to avoid the shipping and delivery. Overall it was a great purchase

Erianna was very friendly and super patient considering we spent probably an hour with her looking at multiple charms. Great girl!
