The employee (Celina) was very helpful, was so patient and nice with me. Unlike other visits and employees in my past visits to Pandora on Park Place, she made me feel welcomed.

I tried to order from the Pandora website. However, when I began to checkout, I by accident discovered that the site I was in was masquerading as Pandora. So I went to the nearest Pandora store to look for the same item. Couldn't find it, but found a similar item that I liked better. Plus the Associate supplied me with the correct Pandora web address.

This store is awesome better than the tucson mall location. At the park place mall location i had two great employees help me out. Cassandra and Celina they are great and super friendly. They helped me pick out a new ring and also helped me exchange another for warranty. 110% satisfactory for this visit.
