The sales associate (Rhonda) was friendly and answered all my questions. She also showed me a variety of charms. I will be returning, hopefully Rhonda will be working.

I was very happy for the service That I got from Cassandra in store Pandora at Park Place Mall in Tucson, Az. I received a gift on christmas but was not my size, I don’t had the ticket but she really did all that she had to do and change for one of my size. She really know how to help the customer! Please say THANK YOU for me again to her! She is that kind of employee that makes the difference in your Brand!

Even tough I went into the store on 12/21 I was helped quickly and efficiently by Cassandra. I showed her a picture of the bracelet I wanted, she knew exactly where it was. I gave her my credit card and I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. That is exactly what I needed on this day. I was extremely happy. Thank you.

I was on my way out of the mall and decided to stop at Pandora to look for something for my wife. I was greeted by Corinna. She was very welcoming and cheerful. I was looking to purchase a bracelet as well as a few Disney charms. She was very helpful, patient and professional. She explained everything to me in depth and again, was very patient. I decided to make my purchase and she brought up one other idea for the bracelet. I was already over what I planned on spending but I decided to get that last item simply based on the way she treated me. Corinna is an absolute asset to your store/company and I will definitely shop there when in need of more Pandora!!

The sales associate, Celina S., was exceptional! She always gives great customer service with a beautiful smile. She is very knowledgeable and professionally courteous, which makes shopping at this Pandora store such a pleasure. I knew what I wanted, but I also needed an opinion on what charm to purchase to go with what I had already chosen; Celina gave me a few choices which made it easier for me. I was able to purchase all that I wanted and more - all because of Celina's willingness to help. This is an invaluable trait to customers. I always look for Celina to help me with my purchases. She is truly a great asset to this Pandora store!
