The assistant Shelby was so polite and accommodating when I asked to look at two different charms. I kept going back and forth between them but once I decided, she was as excited for the charm I selected as I was! Will definelty going back to the this location.

I always find something I love to wear frequently

I wasn’t pressured into making a purchase. The associated was very knowledgeable and I felt overwhelming willing to assist me and for those quality I am greatfully. I will return some because there is items I want to purchase for the holidays.

The saleswomen were nice and I found what I wanted. A previous visit months before was not great.

The sales associate was nice and patient. She had customer service skills and was very outgoing. We go to look at everything got to see what was knew in stores. It is always enjoyable to go back to pandora and see what’s new!
