The sales associate was helpful, found what I was looking for, and with no pressure suggested I look at another item. I purchased this item as well.

I went to Tucson Mall store first and found they were not running the U of A charm promo, so they called the Park Place store so they could hold me one. I immediately drove over there and they were holding mine. My sister loved and got one for her who is also U of A alumni, then she proceeded to buy a bracelet do she could get jewelry box. All in all a good experience at both stores.

The girls in the store were friendly and professional. I found what I needed quickly. They made me feel very comfortable. I won’t return in 90 days because I live in a different state.

I had first gone to the Pandora store at the Tucson Mall location. But was very unsatisfied with their Customer service, it was not only horrible; but they weren’t much help! So I decided to go to the pandora store at park place, it was a huge difference the sales lady was very helpful! I actually left with an item this time and not empty handed, I love my new Pandora Ring can’t wait to purchase more items soon!

Quality merchandise for a great price.

Great merchandise. The displays are stunning. The shop looks high end. I had no intention of purchasing anything and ended up buying a safety chain. The clerk made sure to offer me a catalogue on my way out.
