We went to one pandora store and they did not have what I wanted to had to drive across town to get the one I placed on hold

The reason I was not highly satisfied is because there was a sale going on that was buy 2 get one free. The trick was that they didn’t really give you one free they tricked you by giving you the one that was less of price and I thought that was not right. I have gone to other stores that had the same deal and they let you pick the third one of your choice.

There are not many things but the service is good and the parts too

There is not particular reason, I had a really good experience but it just was not out of this world, which is what I consider when giving extremely likely.

The sales person that helped me the 2nd visit was very rude, acted as if I was a bother! Not good customer service at all.

The store opened at 11 am however the website open time stated 10 am.

because of the one party per associate the line took very long to get inside and I felt rushed to make my purchase not by the associate she was helpful and nice but I knew there were others waiting, I would've like to be able to browse while I waited my turn.

Sorry I’m highly satisfied with this Pandora. In deed on Tuesday I received the best customer service and assistance by Corrina.

It was an okay experience. It was neutral. Overall it was an OKAY experience. The worker was very nice. They let us stay even though they where closing. She had patience with me.
