Because the store was out of alot of charms

I was very satisfied with my gift. There was limited availability of some charms which is why I did not but highly satisfied. However, it was understandable because of the holiday weekend.

The workers were very kind. They showed us the sale merchandise as we asked. They were very helpful and friendly. It was not crowded which was nice.

Everyone was just so welcoming, i felt very comfortable to enter and the lady was asking me if i needed anything, or if needed any help.

I was the only customer in line and there was only one other customer in the store when I arrived, there was numerous sales staff available, however it took some time to be waited on. When someone waited on me it was the store manager and she came from the back and was not overly friendly, nor did she appear to have a high degree of product knowledge. I felt rushed even though I knew what I wanted in advance. I would not rate this as one of my best experiences.

I did not find all the charms I was looking for

Because is the second time I change the brazalete no good quality

It took a long time to process my return manager had to assist sales person did not know how to process return

I bought a bracelet for my 10 YO girl. I think you need to make a little bit less pricey items for kids. a $75 or $50 charm that she might lose is too expensive

Didn't like a lot the associate attitude. That remind me MAC bad service
