I was able to get help from a former employee. I was shown a great selection of what I was looking for and what I could choose from. I was able to walk out with something I was satisfied with

The items I needed were not available in store and no knowledge of when product availability would be. I needed this product as soon as possible

I was satisfied beautiful things but they really didn't have any charms available I know it's the holidays but they hardly had any

The store was very effective so i dont have any complaints. They did however take a while to ring me up but that was the only thing. Other than that it was very good

Just because the sales rep took a bit longer because she was unsure of how to do the exchange. I told her to scan the code she said it won't show up because it was bought online. However, after four tries she asked for help and the other sales lady scanned the code I had mentioned and it worked. Lack of training, but she was super kind, friendly and helpful.

Everything was satisfying, but the product I wanted only had one left in stock but I wanted to purchase 2 of the same product. However the workers tried their hardest to find another and I ended up finding something similar.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because I didn’t get a full credit for my returned item. This is due to the fact that it was a gift and I didn’t want to have to contact my sister for the receipt and I couldn’t prove that it was purchased at full price and the item was on sale currently so I sort of feel like I was cheated out of $15-20 but I’m glad that I was able to exchange my charm since I already had that item.

Because I believe she put the displayed clips on my new bracelet instead of new ones. So, I feel I got used merchandise.

Just didnt find what i was looking for

I can not wear the silver and must have the gold, rose gold or shine. I wanted the rose gold, pink enamel, with pink cz in either a 5 (50) or 6. But they did not have it in either size. this was the second store I visited and neither had it. Need more gold, rose gold, shine options please
