I took a ring to get cleaned they gave it back still tarnished and no guidance on how to fix the issue.

The Pandora bracelet was a gift to me and I love it! But the price of items is not for the modest buyer.

Walked into store and no one greeted me nor told me they would be right with me. It was a Saturday and there were other customers, still should have been greeted.

I wanted a particular charm and the store did not have it. I was informed that it would be around three weeks. I did buy a gift for my daughter and was very satisfied with the service

They didn't have my size in 2 items I really wanted

At first they told me they did not have the size ring I needed and then they said they did have it. Maybe they should be more consistent on their inventory.

We told the sales associate what we were looking for and she was not sure where to find it. Once she found it, the set of birthstone charms was incomplete. This happened twice on two different sets. I find this completely unacceptable since birthstone charms would be the most common. Two different sets were incomplete. We had to use charms from three different sets to complete our bracelet. It is a hodge podge of charms. Its not exactly what we wanted, but it is beautiful.

The manager was rude and made it difficult to exchange my damaged charm.
