Store did not have enough inventory for valentines day. They didn't have what I wanted. Staff was great complaint is mainly towards management. This should not be an issue when its expected that lots of people will be buying, What I wanted was exhausted 3 weeks ago I was told. so thats plenty of time to make more orders for the big day.

Slight wait time due to a lot of customers, no enough reps. Holiday special offered minimal options Limited variety for charm selection for holiday special

It was just strange that the item I was exchanging for only had a price difference of around $6.00 but I ended up paying $10.00. Its not a huge deal it just doesn't make sense.

I was satisfied, but will not be returning to that store because I do not live in the area.

rings are pretty but I feel a bit over priced. It was a one time splurge for my daughter for an early Christmas gift. Employees were nice and overall the experience was good but Probably wont buy again due to high prices

The gentleman in the store at the time of my arrival was very rude to the customer he was helping and to myself. Didn’t appreciate his attitude. He looked like he was upset. There were 5 customers there, including myself and he did not acknowledge us at all.
