The store was crowded and customers were upset and treating each other rudely as a result. There were not enough associates to assist with the volume of customers. We waited over 20 minutes for help and had to stay because we live out of town and came for this reason.

just didnt like that lady dindt want to show out merchandise. Seems like she didn't have time to pull all the merchandise cuz I really wanted to to spend my money on some charms

I bought a ring late Thursday, Friday I realized that it was not the correct size, Saturday I went to exchange it for the correct size and was given a hard time for it being “used” even though I had owned it for less than 48 hours. They did not want to exchange it and told me that I could look at it myself and see the difference.

Order was placed online for in store pickup to avoid what I knew would be a busy day at the store. Online order was cancelled a few hours after purchase, which left me scrambling at the last minute. Attempted to call the store for more information several times with no answer. Went to the store in person, had to wait over an hour in line. Item was in stock, which was good for me but made the cancellation even more frustrating. Why offer online if employees are going to refuse to fill those orders. Online order had used a 10% off coupon, which employee refused to honor in store and was quite rude about it. Happy to have the gift my grandma wanted, but will definitely not be eager to return to the store based on this entire experience.

Sales associates were rude. Lily was pleasant however, she had to ask a question of team member and this associate was unpleasant to her and myself.

I was very disappointed that I couldn’t get my Pandora bracelet that my son bought me a fixed or taken care of went to several stores to get it fixed and they can’t fix it Pandora is pretty popular I just thought they would take more care of the product that was purchased there especially if the merchandise is a little pricey for sterling silver silver and cubic Cisconia

Its not that I wasn’t satisfied. Its just that I wasn’t actually present during this visit. My boyfriend went to buy me a surprise gift and used my phone number for the purchase so he would be more qualified to take this survey since he was the one who was there.

I can't wear silver - I love the rose gold or shine. I have the 14kt bracelet. I came to get the iridescent "white" charm for my bracelet - online it looked more pearl or opalescent. the charms at the store all barely had any flecks and definitely didn't look opal or pearl. Very limited selection in the rose and shine - more murano glass choices - please

The associate did not have a great amount of knowledge of the prices and forgot to enter my coupon twice. She also did not seem to know how to work the iPod very well in order to check me out.
