Sales had really bad breath.Didnt check to see if items were in one other tray for item.Then most of all manger would not allow me to have 2 cleaning cloths after I spend almost 700 dollars

The lead sales associate seemed very focused on just up selling us, and even tried to lie to us. Stating She said we could exchange the charm for another charm and if the new charm was cheaper we would get in store credit for the difference, but she wouldn't able to do a refund. After reading the receipt in front of her and asking about the 30 day window to return the product for a refund she seemed somewhat annoyed and agreed to return whatever the difference was, after trying to return the difference she still tried to make us spend the difference at the store and it even felt like she was trying to belittle us, because we wanted a refund and used afterpay as our payment method. Overall it was the first bad experience I've ever had at pandora and felt like a second class citizen. We felt like all they wanted from us was our money, not once were we asked why we didn't want the charm or even tried to give us options/ideas on what we could do. We would of happily spent the amount we had already spent at pandora, but after she tried lying and made it obvious that we weren't worth her time we decided we wanted to get out of the uncomfortable situation. Thank you for you time.

I ordered online and never got an email that it was ready. When I got to the store they said they didn’t have it because they take online orders and sell them to walk in customers.

The sales associate she was bothered she gave a bad vibe I been to that store may times and had a wonderful experience better than other stores and it was why I always go to this store. The sales member made it seemed unpleasant for my fiancé and me

My experience at pandora wasn’t satisfied because of the lady that was attended me, she was wearing very long nails, i don’t have nothing against that actually they were pretty, but it didn’t help her doing her job, it take her a lot of time to open bracelet, she put it twisted and to add she put the chain upside down it was a totally mess.. plus all the time she was chewing gum with her mouth open the hole time, disgusting…

My daughter bought me a bracelet and charm for Christmas but it was the wrong size. I had to go to another store to get my size bracelet and had to pay an additional $19 since my original bracelet wasn’t available in my size. Plus was informed that I would need two clips to accommodate the charm that she selected and a safety chain which brought my total of additional cost to over $200. I really wish the sales rep had the knowledge and educated my daughter as to what else was needed. My daughter is a 16yr old student who works part time and was really excited about being able to save enough money to make this purchase and was embarrassed by the fact that I had to pay an additional $200 for a gift that she was so proud to buy me, her mother.

Made online purchase and would pickup in store. Email confirmation of purchase stated items would be held for 5 days for pick up. Store canceled purchased after not being picked up same day it was available. Had to wait 20 minutes to be helped at store, when I explained that had happened the associate said they only hold for about a day then return if not picked so other customers may buy the items, although I had already paid for it. I had to make in store purchase and could not use the 10% off coupon I used in my original purchase. Wasted time and spent more money.

The seller is not kind enough to explain the bracelet. Also, she did not know the price when asked so she needs to look at the price. She dose not look like a professional to sell the merchandise. She is not passionate to introduce the merchandise. She did not provide me with a good customer service. She is unkind.
