Salesperson was not interested in helping me or engaging me in shopping for anything in the store. She seemed bothered by my being there and wouldn’t even look at me when I tried talking to her.

I asked management to assist me with honoring a promotion that had just expired a day ago and she refused, I spend a lot of money at this store I feel established customers should be rewarded with this small request however this wasn’t even considered

The sterling bracelet I purchased a few years ago has an area that's become discolored. I took it to the store & the sales associate tried to clean it with a silver-cloth & while it did help a bit, the discoloring is still there & I'm very disappointed! I have a lot of sterling jewelry & have never seen anything like this. I asked the associate if Pandora guarantees the quality of their jewelry & if they would replace it and she said "no, sorry." I've purchased a number of Pandora items as gifts over the years but now I'm very hesitant to do so in the future, since learning the company doesn't guarantee high quality of their product.

Rude sales associate. Associates too busy with inventory during our visit. Sales associate had little time for us to want to browse.

They could not find the item number, I was the only customer and the sales girl kept getting interupted by the "manager" in regards to some inventory. Made me feel unimportant. The sales girl was very uptight and and not pleasant. When she could not find the item number she kind of rolled her eyes in desdain. I have spent thousands of dollars on Pandora products and this was the first time I walked out unpleased. Kudos to all the employees on prior purchases. This one not so much. I will use the pandora store in the Tucson Mall. Besides you recycle your employees very often, maybe that's why they don't care as much. Peace!

I tried to exchange a defective clasp. They did not have the exact clasp in the store and so "could not repace it". Within an hour after leaving the store they called to say they really did have the clasp. The salesperson in the store incorrectly charged me for the purchases I did make.

ParkPlace location- Manager refused to file a warranty claim got my bracelet. The lock/clasp is faulty and loose, she merely glanced at my bracelet was not at all interested in assisting me fully since the store had heavy traffic. She was not helpful nor did she care about my warranty request. My warranty has since expired and I’m left with a fragile piece of jewelry that I can’t show off. Never again will I splurge on myself or daughters at Pandora.

My experience with this survey is in regards to Tucson Mall store. My associate was nice. I believe she was pretty new to the sales floor. When she asked other associates for help, she was dismissed with an answer “we don’t have it” without even looking. Not acceptable! This store is and always has been so dirty compared to the Park Mall store. The attitude with these associates is horrible, always has been. They don’t acknowledge the customer, no smiles, no respect and they are rude. Two ladies at the back table cutting bags open are gossiping, drinking their drinks while there is a line outside the door. Guess the store doesn’t need customers or don’t care. Extremely rude all the way around. I had hope when the manager, Rhonda was there. But now she’s gone. I live close to this store, but will drive 12 miles to the Park Place store for much better service and a much cleaner store and merchandise and great associates. I had 6 items to buy, over $300 of merchandise. Bought 1 charm (only because the associate I had was nice). I left and drove across town to purchased the rest. Will never go back to the Tucson Mall store again.
