The workers are always rude and seem upset to help you out especially when you have a coupon and they don’t seem to be happy to help whatsoever and I spend several hundreds here as well such a shame that this is the closest store to where I live

I have spent thousands of dollars in your stores. I have multiple bracelets and probably hundreds of beads. One of my bracelets the clasp keeps popping open and I have lost several beads. I went in to have it replaced and was told I had to purchase a new bracelet for manufacturer defect. It is clear my $$ is no longer wanted. Very disappointing I expected the bracelet to be replaced they were not even interested in looking at my purchase history just interested in poor customer service and trying to get me to pay again for a bracelet that is defective and has cost me hundreds of $ in beads (even with the little chain to hold it together I have still lost beads when it randomly pops open). Very upset that the customer service does not match up to the prices there are lots of other less expensive options available that I will look into. the death of customer service at Pandora 8(

Sales associate Giselle C #203745 had an attitude and made it seem like we were being a bother with our purchase request. She did not explain things well and ignored questions we asked. Highly unsatisfied with her attitude and customer service.

Intial contact with Erianna customer service representative made me feel like she didn't want to help me and she came across really rude.

My order got canceled even when I called to make sure I still had time to pick up item I was double charged for the item

I was very satisfied with my visit to this Pandora store at Park Mall in Tucson, Az., compared to a previous visit at another location. This visit was no where near the service I received at the other store. I am highly satisfied and will definitely make this store the only store I will do business with here in Tucson.

Stone fell out less than one day after I bought it. Bought it on 35% off day. Associate wouldn't let me return without same credit card. She let me exchange for only 25% off because the sale from the day before was over. Lost discount because merchandise was faulty.
