I needed 2 specific items so I called ahead to hold them being that I live literally 20 miles away from the park place mall store. Upon arriving I told the sales associate that I had called and put some items on hold, she then tells me that after hanging up with whomever I first spoke to, that one of my items was sold.. I was definitely not happy about this especially after literally driving 20 miles in 100° heat! They then mention that they called the other location at the Tucson Mall to hold my other item,this does not fix my issue because I was there at that time specifically because that was the only time I had to shop for my items being that both of these items were gifts! I understand that this was a mistake and horrible communication as well as customer service at pandora, however my problem is still not resolved. The whole point in my calling to hold my items was to avoid an issue like this that way if they simply would've said those items were not available in their store I would've driven to the other location to begin with and it would've been a much less distance to drive. Sadly this is a severely disappointing for me not sure I'll be back

The sales associate was great! Helped me with my return and made it so easy. Literally had to do nothing. She also assisted me with finding a new charm to purchase my daughter. Very patient and nice considering I asked to see and price about 10 charms?

I placed an order during the 35% off sale. The order was cancelled. I have tried calling and emailing but no response ever.
