I had a long wait while the associates tried to price one of my charms. I couldn’t finish my transaction until it was done. It didn’t seem like a priority to the other associates my sales associate asked.

Covid conditions lessen moving around the store

Sales associate had no eye contact. Just not very friendly. Would prefer to not buy from him again.

I felt like I was being rushed and the sales associate was not too Enthused. Other than that, it was ok.

All the experience was grate

One sales person said if I needed any help to ask and told me his name. Then he disappeared. Another sales associate ended up helping me.

The store was clean. I didn’t have to wait too long. I was able to get one of what I wanted.

It’s a good place to shop why hate it. The store is amazing and everything looks nice inside. The stuff are so cute.

I am a long term Pandora customer. I purchase in-store(s), franchise and on-line. When I shop I have idea of what I am looking for. Therefore, Highly Satisfied is overkill for me.
