Social distancing was not being practiced or enforced by Associates. Sign said 8 max however more than 8 were allowed in after we arrived. Plexiglass was up But we’re not being used. At one point a sales associate brought a customer directly to the exact spot I was standing in and I was actively Expressing my desire to stay socially distant. Instead of ordering that, I was asked to move. My observation is the trays move around So I don’t understand why customers were moving through the store led by associates. It seems to be no plan in place to ensure safety of the employees or customers. Again, it was very stressful and I would not have made the purchase had the associate not already had my bracelet taken apart to put the new charms on. I do want to stress that the young lady helping me tried to honor the social distancing but another associate made no efforts. Very disappointing.

Well I was there for two reasons to do two exchanges and buy something. For the exchange I was able to only do one item, Davon the associate help me an explain to me they didn't carry the essence bracelet at their store. He took care of my other bracelet and was very helpful with the ring I bought. He was great answering all my questions and concerns and suggested me to contact customers care for the other item I need to exchange.. He made my visit worth it and happy, since I had been to 3 other locations and other associates didn't explain to me about contacting customers care in regards to my other exchange..

Even though there were 3 managers in the store, none of them were available. And when one of them was available she just started talking to the customer who just entered the store while I was kind of been ignored by her

The associates were very helpful and pleasant. The transaction was without issue. I was/am very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a gift that was damaged and needed replacing. Because the gift receipt did not contain a dollar amount the manager was hesitant to return the item. I had to locate my receipt with the dollar amount. This is upsetting since the store’s policy is to permit returns of gifts. Better training is required

The associate that ultimately helped us was great (Chrystal). However, we spent a very long time wandering the store trying to find what we were looking for and had absolutely nobody even acknowledge that we were there or say hello. In fact when we finally went to the cash register area, another lady got there first, but Chrystal jumped right in and helped us as soon as she was done. While she was helping us, another associate actually interrupted and wanted Chrystal to help her with her customer and she had to say "No, I'm helping these people". No acknowledgement/"excuse me"/apology toward us at all from that associate either. Chrystal is knowledgeable and helpful - the rest of the associates there are not giving a good impression of the store. We had been ready to leave and go elsewhere.
