Chrystal the sales associate gave me an attitude, when I want my bracelets cleaned. She said they don’t do it around the holidays, because it’s busy around that time. When I came in the store today it wasn’t even busy. They gladly took my money for my purchase today. In didn’t treat anybody else like that. What kind of customer service is that?

i was satisfied with everything. it’s just i feel like the prices are a little too much. everything you guys sell is beautiful though.

Get treated better at the Dulles Centre mall and they have a larger in store selection.

It took several minutes after being on the store to be “acknowledged”. No one spoke to me when I came in or said they would be with me shortly. After a sales associate was walking around I asked her was she busy because I would like help.

The lady knew what she was talking about. The only problem was that she would try to use colloquial terms based off my appearance. Other than that she was very nice and I guess she was trying to help me feel more comfortable.

The sales associate quoted the wrong price for my bracelet and my husband and I realized that we were charged more when we checked the receipt.
