I felt like my ring is getting dark already. I love it and I think it is worth the price, but I think it is too soon for the silver to get dark, since it`s only been a few days.

Let me start by saying the sales associates are amazing. I had Natajah. She was great! She was extremely friendly and never rushed me. She listened to what I was looking for and then proceeded to give me several recommendations which I appreciated. If you go to this store ask for her because she is awesome!! But the store is small and you really do not have a lot of room to move around and look around. Lastly, because it is a small store, they do not have a large selection to me at all. They were out of a lot of charms I wanted but I did walk away happy with the charms I did purchase for the gift.

The initial sales rep seemed annoyed in trying to assist me with the original product I was searching for - and didn’t see the sell through to the end. As my daughter and I continued to walk around the store another associate assisted me in finding something else and completing the purchase.

The sales representative,Natajah, was EXCELLENT. She made a suggestion of an it that I ultimately ended up purchasing. My less than favorable experience was the greeter at the door who was a little rude and almost stopped me from entering the store. She stated with her pad that I would have to be entered on the waitlist to be helped which I initially did not do. After stating I wanted to browse, I was able to enter the store and my shopping experience improved consisterably after that with the help of Natajah. End of day, my wife loved the gift.

Recognizing that my visit took place during the Holiday Season, I assumed that there would be more staff available and not a lot of in store waiting. Perhaps you should consider a queue and an alert system when your name/number is called.

I like Pandora, I enjoy finding a charm that represents a trip or a memory. The selection of local charms was limited, but the staff was very friendly and efficient.
