The staff was available and very friendly but this store did not/does not carry all of the charms available online for the Reflexions collection on the day this collection launched. They had to call another store (Georgetown) and that store only carried two of the charms I wanted. So I'll just order online next time.

The ring I specifically went into the store to purchase was not ins rock for my size, other than that everything was great.

Not sure I like the new layout. Harder to find the charms.

I am very satisfied with my Pandora experience!

Not all sales people knew about the products in question. They could have been new but they never said so to the fact. When you have to keep calling on one sales person to find out if they have something in the store, it doesn't look good. Each day the sales staff should be given a cheat sheet of items that are not available at this location especially if they are part of the sale. Other than that the sales staff was very nice and seemed like they wanted to help.

The associate I believe was newly hired and was trying to satisfy me. She did ask for help from her peers.

Employee was not that friendly, very dry. Did my transaction twice, when I asked her what was wrong? she replied: "oh nothing I just need to do it here". Felt confused with her answer.

I was looking for a specific ring, the Enchanted Crown ring, in size 10.5, and unfortunately the store did not have any of them in that size. Luckily they had it in a size 10, so I could at least get a feel for it, and they had other rings in the size that I was looking for. Unfortunately, Pandora, and their stores don't seem to have a lot of rings for larger hands, and it feels like I'm playing a game of will they/won't they whenever I want a ring in my size.

your store is really pretty but quite small. IN addition, I could not find all of the selections that I wanted. Lastly, I would've liked more options.

The time I had to spend waiting to get help was very long.
