I was happy with my service

i wasn't because i was 12 dollars away from the 2nd box that i wanted to give my mother for mothers day and was unable to get it. Everyone knows there is next to nothing item wise to buy from Pandora for 12.00 or suggested and i really wanted it as a mothers day gift. highly disappointed

The ring that i was looking for wasnt in display i wasnt sure if they had it or not i had to ask somebody cuss i didnt see it in display. Overall the experience was great the lady was vert friendly, the store is a little small but great people in there l.

Excellent service.

Because of the waiting time...always crowded...but customer service is satisfactory.

Although she was great, the sales associate kept steering me to the charms she liked most, sometime in spite of what I requested.

I felt like I was being rushed. While I do understand that it was close to closing time for the store, I still felt like I should have been treated just as I would have if I was their first customer of the day, and not like I was being hurried along because it was close to closing time.

Felt a little rushed by the sales associate. The store was busy.

Was very pleased with my visit, didn't rate highly satisfied because there is always room for improvement. I had a great experience at Pandora!
