Once the sales associate realized I was making an exchange, she was no longer interested in helping me and handed me off to junior staff.

There was not a lot of staff available and a lot of merchandise was not available.

The items I was looking to purchase were unavailable. Due to the unavailability of the items, I couldn't take advantage of the the sale. The associate was very nice and apologetic which softened the disappointment a little.

There was a wait line to get in to the store but the store was pretty empty. The store was very hot. The charms was not visibable for us to see. We could not see all the selection of the charms.

The store space is too small. There should never be a situation where customers have to wait outside of the store in a line. Although my name was immediately placed on the waitlist I had to stand outside in a line because the store was small and cramped with customers and people were not allowed to enter until some customers left. It would have been nice to walk around in the store to peruse merchandise options as a waitlist guest. However, that as not the case and thus, I did it have anytime to consider gift options before my name was called to be helped. Other customers experienced the same thing and I overheard a sales associate say to a customer if they did not have an idea of what they wanted to purchase then the sale associate would move on to the next customer on the wait list as there a several customers waiting to be helped. This is subpar customer service and is not a good business practice.

The sales person should dress more presentable.

The store was very crowded due to the sale. The sales person did not know what she was doing and the manager did not want to give her a chance. The manager wanted to leave a customer to helper.

It is just because it is Black Friday, so a lot of people is in store. It is somehow hard to find merchandise and less association.

There were a few reasons why I was dissatisfied with my visit. Upon entering the store I was directed to a sales associate who was already helping someone and was not made aware that she was supposed to be assisting me. Once she eventually acknowledged me and began assisting, I asked her about a specific item. She handing me a large book that was falling apart! It was full of hundreds of products (maybe more) and instructed me to look through the book to find the item, with no direction as to where I should begin looking to possibly find the item that I was looking for. When I told her nevermind I no longer wanted the item because I did not want to look through the huge book, she decided to look for it. She then told me that the item wasn't in the book because it was new and got a SKU # to enter from another sales associate. Once the item was entered, I was given a price that did not seem right. When I got home and found the item on the website, I noticed that the price online was cheaper than the price that I paid for the exact same item in the store. I Love Pandora products but, that visit was not good at all!

I am a world traveler so I like to have a charm that identifies the states ive visited. in this case. I went to DCA. and when requesting for a nice elegant charm for my bracelet, just 1 option was provided and not a nice one. at least not for my collection. then i requested the anniversary charm, and they were out of those :( had to buy 2 charms over $80 each that were not on my list, but very cute as well.
