I was at an outlet location trying to get my bracelet fixed and exchange something else and they immediately told me I'd have to go to a regular store. I understand how outlets work, but it shouldn't be limited to just past items and I shouldn't have had to go to 2 stores wasting an hour and a half. Also originally I was told that because they couldn't get the beads off of my bracelet that I would have to have a jeweler break it and buy a new one because it wouldn't be covered by a warranty.

I went to buy some rings and I asked for a size 7 onl6 to find out that I was given a 7.5 I went to exchange them and was then given an 8. This will be my 3rd time going to the store to get the right size.

The staff in the store was fine. However, its the company's lack of understanding when it comes to keeping long term customers satisfied. I made a $305 worth of product ad a Xmas gift, had to return and it was only 2 days after the extended return policy and your company said no so I could only get a store credit, which I didn't want. Complete turn off. And, my receipt from the St. Thomas virgin island store came into question. VERY TURNED OFF! The bracelet and charms I had no choice but to exchange for, when that bracelet is done, I'm done with Pandora. I will NEVER SHOP PANDORA AGAIN.

I like to take my time when buying charms, the sales ladies rushed the whole process, from the time we got in the store. Rush to show us, rushed us to pay, I was still looking for more... but I'll just go to my home store in Chicago or continue to shop online.

I knew more a about the new collection than the associate. I didn't feel appreciated as a customer. I will not be returning to this store.

I really felt some type of way on yesterday. It was one customer with three sales associates in the store. I was advised by another sales associate to stand outside. Why I have no idea? When I started to complain that’s when another associate told me to come in. The associate who told me stand outside advised she was leaving for the day but someone advise her to assist me. At this point I’ll wait you can go home. Secondly, the associate that assisted me made me feel as if she didn’t want to assist. I get the book and the other customer get the jewelry put on a plate…lol… The customer that was in the store was getting the best possible customer service. As for me I’m just a BLACK woman that looks like she wasn’t going to be money, TRUST me if the gift was for my sister 40 birthday. I would’ve went to another location.

While in the store the associates were somewhat rude. I felt like I should’ve ordered online and go to a different store instead of that Pandora.
