I was well greeted at the door and asked for the manager in charge. Shortly a male employee came to ask me how he could assist me . I had informed him I was never emailed the receipt of my purchase that I wanted to return due to damage that I had purchased from this location. He informed me he couldn’t help me due to not having the receipt after I informed him on the Pandora policy it stated “ If a receipt is not available a credit card or bank statement will suffice.”. After asking him if he could talk to someone from his team to assist, he informed me with a disgusting attitude there was no one else to speak to and pulled his mask down and started to rudely yell at me and kept pointing at the policy conditions.I asked him to speak to his supervisor due to his behavior. Davon J asked me a series of questions and helped resolve the problem. She was very kind and patient in assisting me. After the male employee realized the problem had been resolved, he told Davon “you need to teach me how to do that” and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. That is very unprofessional due to lack of knowledge when he could have simply just asked his supervisor for help.

Since it’s covid and the mall was full the line outside to get in was wrapped around the wall until a store opened. Then the line ended at the Apple, i stood in line for 30 mins before getting inside. And once inside the women forgot she let me in and caused a slight scene about me in the store. She allowed me to stay but very disorganized.

The person who attended me did not bother to show me different options, did not know how to locate what I wanted to see. I probably didn't think I would buy anything

The person helping me made comment as if I was going to purchase she will have more to clean which I didn't like.

Had to wait in line to be helped not enough sales associates and it wasn't even Christmas to say it was busy because of Holidays

The store staff seemed wholely uninterested in making a sale. It also took an eternity to be helped while staff chatted in the back. I am not sure if this is a holiday specific staff, but a different set of people used to work at this store and they seemed much friendlier.

The woman checking me out was not very friendly and she was way to slow. She moved slow trying to accomplish basic tasks in addition she said have a blessed day. I was offended by that she should not be using a religious saying to customers who are not religious

It was very difficult to shop due to the difficulty in the associates providing info about pricing and availability of merchandise. They kept flipping through a book for pricing which is odd. And then they looked in these cheap plastic containers for this expensive jewelry. And were not sure if there were any in stock until they looked through several containers. The store should be more organized than this

Poor customer service. Entered the store and was not greeted, the associate that was not helping guess pretended to be busy walked right past us without saying a word.

The staff here is not warm and welcoming like you experience at other locations. It's like you are disturbing them from what they are doing. It's typically why I don't shop at this location.
