The sales associate keep trying to push the more expensive items. Didn't show me all options and didn't explain warranty. Also she didn't inform me about the product. Also she didn't really listen to me needs. I didn't $1,450 yet I feel somewhat dissatisfied

sales people were not friendly and seemed bothered by helping me did not know what merchandise Pandora offered i cam in to look for a simple earring and they did not want to help

I went to the store to look at the item in the Black Friday early access sale, specifically a Star Wars charm. I told the store manager, Evan M., that I was looking for the Star Wars charm because it was a part of the sale. He said Star Wars was excluded, which it is not because it is a part of the sale online, and when I said that, he still denied it! After a little discussion, he finally gave the discount but only after he made it like he was doing me a favor, which was insulting. All of this occurred with not a single bit of happiness on his face or in his voice. Not a single smile. He does not have to be nice to me, just needs to take it.

Sales associate fighting with customers, cursing, loud and just over all very unprofessional. I will never return to pentagon city mall Pandora.

The sales associate was not attentive and I felt rush. The store did not have any boxes for the gift I purchased so I asked for the box that one of the display bracelet was in and the sales associate looked at me disgust and advised no to go to another store and they will give me a box.

I placed several orders and got my different items in the same Pandora box. Thus, I cannot give the gifts because it was only packaged in a clear box with the bar code. It is unfortunate because each product deserved its own white pandora box.

We were charged for the wrong product. We got two charms, one for $65 and the other for $55 but we were charged $65 for both.
