The manager of the store was not very polite. There was an unclear amount for a product on sale sign. The manager’s attitude about the situation was not polite. I felt like the sign was unclear about the amount for the product. Since it was not clear the product should have been sold for that amount on the sign. It was not clear at all. 3 different products and it stated $15 under all the 3 items. But when I asked to purchase I was told that they were 3 different prices. I purchase all of my charms and bracelets from Pandora and this visit was not pleasant at all. If the sign states a price with no other explanations it should be sold for that price.

I felt rushed to buy items that i didnt want. I just felt not valued and rushed to buy so she could move on. I don’t like when a salesperson does to me. I feel they don’t hear what i need

The associate was not very friendly and did not even know the price of the merchandise. I wore my ring out but I did not get a bag of ring box at all! Overall the reason the experience was bad was because of the associate.

First, i couldn’t get any help from a associate in the store. Then i notice another associate being extremely rude to another customer which i had to tell her lower her voice because that is a customer! When i finally did receive help, she was trying to push everything on me other then what i asked for. I’ll never go back to this location

Very bad customer service, we were not greeted or told we will be with you soon, the two employees had attitudes. They were not helpful at all, makes me not want to visit this location at pentagon city in Arlington, Virginia.

The sales team was uninterested in assisting anymore than handing over a pick up. The entire sales team, including manager, refused to print a gift receipt for over $300 worth of product. In addition, one of the items was the wrong item ordered which was discovered at home after leaving the store so disgusted by the attitudes of the entire staff. Even if the store was busy at the time, which it was not, this is no way to treat a customer. Take a cue from Chick FilA customer service training!! This store and rude staff will no longer receive my business, period.

There was only one sales associate in the store that was assisting other customers so I had to wait around 20 minutes.

The wait time before an associate assisted me was beyond 45mins
