Because I bought my Pandora charms at another store I wasn’t allowed to switch one out because it was breaking she told me that I need to go to corporate stores instead of franchise stores

I was working with an associate, she went to help some else and never returned to me. Never asked if I was finished looking for my item. I was looking for a dangle charm(i already own it in Rose and wanted it in all silver). I got another sales person to help and was given options and told hey if what you are looking for is not in the charm section maybe it is classified as a pendent and is in a different spot come to find out the store was out of the item. The other sales person showed me other options and I was able to make a purchase.

Everytime I attend a pandora store there is a problem with iPad or transaction has to be completed several times, refunded, or put on gift card. If i go to purchase one item I already know which one it is it takes up to 50 mins because of sales rep having to do transaction several times, and put it on gift card. I dont understand this!

The lady helping us was TERRIBLE. Not at all friendly or helpful. Most everything we wanted to purchase was out of stock too.

I was not satisfied because there are not any discounts offered on regular items such as location charms. Seasonal charms were on sale, but there's no store wide sales after Christmas. I would be inclined to buy more charms if the price was more reasonable. $60 per charm is not reasonable and Kay offers cheaper options.

The sales associate was not informed about pricing I had to call my wife three times and each time we corrected the associate. Add to this her superviser accused me of not being polite at the face of her mistakes. I wasted more than one hour due to an inexperienced personnel and the superviser lashed me out. Unacceptable

I walked in to the store to see if I need to get a smaller ring size that my boyfriends that bought me and when I walked in no one welcomed me or asked if I needed anything. So I waited and the two sales associate looked at me with a smile n then ignore me to there other customer so now I’m waiting about 11 mins with no help or being question what help I needed until this other associate who was very occupied who didn’t see me since she was facing back helping another customer finally asked what I needed.

The initial sales rep was pleasant and knowledgeable. I came back the following day to return the item. The gentleman taking the item was courteous, I presented him with all the appropriate documents including the unopened package. The other person behind the counter (a women) stared at me and the receipt as we we’re criminal and unworthy of being in the store. I asked her what was staring at, she looked at me in a rude way and said the date. The young man handling the transaction knew I was there the day before and was doing a fine job returning the item. I informed the rude lady/person nothing criminal was taking place hoping she would understand she was offending me and leave. She never walked away as to try to intimidate/offend me further. I didn’t appreciate the experience and will probably never return to purchase another gift. Very unprofessional, I’m a DC Auditor General and would never allow my staff to treat anyone like that. I feel her basis was solely me being African American in a suit. I live in this neighborhood in a high rise across the street. I go to the mall often for myself and to buy gifts, but never again to pandora. Sincere and heartfelt comments.

First of all a bunch of such $150 got approved through bracelet with the brakes. It was damage you all didn’t want to return it and I don’t think that’s right because I have a lot of breaks so whatever and it wasn’t really free I had to make a purchase in order to get it and then being told that ketchup is free you all can’t do anything about it. I was very dissatisfied.
