The associate told the African American people they where closed, but some Caucasian ppl walked up and they let them in to purchase I think that a form of discrimination. I didn't & don't accept the action and wen I said something the associate got very aggressive and the other associate pulled her in the store . #unacceptableforme, will be contacting the appropriate people for this matter. #BLM

The shop assistant was excellent! She gave me suggestions and reorganize my bracelet and cleaned it and assisted me in getting the new charms! She was excellent!

I love great customer service and I love to shop at Pandora. I was highly disappointed at the lack of knowledge of my sales associate Sydney. (employee #202433) Her attitude towards my mom and I was very rude and nasty and she rushed us when a line formed outside. Taking our payments was more important to her. It was written all over her face that she was tried of assisting us so we drove to another Pandora (Tyson's) where we got better customer service and exchange the product that I really wanted.

I placed a online order a day before going. Got to the store to find out that it takes two days to get ready after I had paid online I had to pay again in store because my pick wasn’t ready now I’m waiting for a refund
