I came in to get a small gift for my mom and myself. The associate that assisted us was Sydney. However, Sydney didn’t know the prices very well but she was sweet. I had a issue because I told her I wanted earrings that was hypoallergenic because I have sensitive ears. I bought a pair and the second I put them in my ears turned red! I didn’t even leave the mall so I came back to get a ring instead. Sarah then proceeded to help but she had a nasty attitude. She told me to wait 30 days for my ears to swell. She even seen my ears red she then proceeded to say well all of them sterling silver so I don’t know what to tell you. I was going get an exchange for a ring but since she had a nasty attitude I took my refund and left. They should train Sarah J on better customer service.

Yesterday I went with my boyfriend to the pandora store looking for a gift for a 13 year old. When we went it there was a lady and a man. The guy was helping someone out and the lady came to us and started to help us out. We got the gift and paid for it. Then I explained to the lady that I have a bracelet that I bought less than a year ago and it’s an adjustable bracelet but it gets loose on its own. Then another guy, with glasses and like two cornrows on his head, comes from the back and comes to where we are and the lady hold him what was going on and he just told her to clean it, then I explained to him what was going on and he does not look at me and ignores me, then he just started to give me smart answers, I know it’s an “ adjustable bracelet” but it should not get loose on it’s own. The the lady goes and cleans my bracelet and when she tries to reach a new bracelet, he runs over and tell her not to give us a new one. Earlier this week I went to a different pandora store and the lady told me to bring it in and exchange for a new one. But coming to this other store overall I did not like this experience. I wanted to go back and just return all the stuff I bought but I didn’t.

The sales associate (Georgia, No. 182478) lied when she quoted me the item's price. Once at the cash register the item's price was higher. She said she had made a mistake; nevertheless, I purchased the item. Later I found a better item at another merchant and came back to Pandora to return this one, but the employees would not accept the return saying that it was a final sale. This was not true because neither the sales ticket nor the store had any indication this was a discounted item or a final sale. The sales staff at the store refused to accept the return and give me a refund. The price at the website is almost identical to what I paid ($0.50 difference). I feel I was scammed by these staff, and now hold I item I no longer want. I cannot recommend a business that operates this way. I will be reporting this problem to the Better Business Bureau and wherever I can if I do not get a satisfactory response from Pandora.

The sales person that was showing me the merchandise was rude and looked annoyed. She look completely tired, annoyed, was yawning, and rolling her eyes every time I asked for different sizes or models. Besides the fact that she was not helpful at all. She had such a bad attitude. I felt like I was not welcome there, and like I should either hurry or get out of there. I wanted to buy three rings, but she was not patient at all. I was not fully satisfied (cause I felt rushed) but I ended up buying three rings. After that, the sales lady struggled to give me a receipt. I asked for boxes for my rings, she said they run out of them (and did not provide any other option, she wanted me to take the rings in my hands. Not even a bag!) Which I found unbelievable. I decided to return everything. It is a shame, I love Pandora merchandise, but after this experience I think I am gonna go more often to Thomas Sabo, they have also great merchandise, and although it is a little more expensive, service is always just amazing. Just being there is a very enjoyable experience.

Went in Pentagon City on 1.15 to purchase a ring. Cashier spent the entire time talking about her boyfriend and mixed up our rings even though I asked her twice to double check. I called the store once I got home and realized they were mixed up and they said they would hold one for me but when I arrived today 1.17 they didn’t have the ring and it took them forever to look for it. I made an unnecessary trip, had to pay for parking, etc. and they ended up having to order it. I need your employees to pay attention to details.
