The sales associate was indifferent- was not knowledgeable about the product, and could not care less. In addition, she had long fingernails which made handling the small merchandise difficult for her. She kept dropping earrings on the floor, could not pick up the charms from display case. It was awful.

When my Friend and I entered the store we were greeted by Lita . While everyone else was just looking at us . Lita was very helpful and attentive . As we were deciding what to get for our Mother’s for Mother’s Day , she gave us knowledge on all the product and especially the nice Mother’s Day gift-sets . When I was done getting what I got the Manager Sharon decided to tap on the glass towards us . I thought that was very disrespectful and unprofessional. After that everyone left Lita on the floor by herself to deal with us & also another man that came during our transaction . Also there was a couple standing in the corner waiting for assistance while 3 associates where standing at the front of the store just chatting & too busy looking at us as if our Skin complection was a problem . The only one that was attentive was Lita . I would not recommend anybody to this rude store unless Lita was too move to another location . Sharon does not need to be a Manager this incounter was Horrible . I feel bad for whomever will go here for service . Also feel bad for Lita because it seemed like she was gettin pressured into making us leave out of the store .

When I was asked for my email address, I asked why. I was told that it would be used to look me up if there was a problem. I asked is it used for junk emails. I was told no. I asked three separate times. Well, what do you know two days after providing my email address I receive my first junk email.
