Highly satisfied because of Lourdes’ customer service and the other young lady who cleaned my bracelet I didn’t catch her name but she was very nice. Lourdes saw I was confused by the prices so she let me take a look at the book to get an idea of what I’d be paying.

I can't remember their names but the 2 employees working last night were very friendly and the woman was polite and knowledgeable. I ended up leaving with a beautiful pair of earrings!
