I was satisfied, due to everytime I tried to order on line. The order would cancel it within 5 mins.

The store was clean. The staff so helpful and concern about my concerns.the experience was top notch.

Lourdes was nothing short of AMAZING!!! She greeted me at the door and assisted me right away with my large purchase. I was there to buy a gift for my mom and a graduation gift for a friend and of course got myself a few things as well lol.

Honestly, I am old school so for me it is all about customer service. My experience with the Pentagon store has always been pleasant and very satisfied because of the customer service I receive. This time it was Kicha No 222289. She was not only pleasant but she was kind and quite knowledgeable about the charms available. She took the time to ask me questions so she could present me with various options which I really liked. She did not rush me and was patient with as I took my time in making my decision. It was clear that she wanted me to be satisfied with my purchased. She did not try to convince me to buy something I did not want. She made sure I was happy with my purchase.

Overall I was satisfied with my purchase, customer service and the quality of my purchase. The only problem one of my items was not available but when I got to the store they did have the item in stock which I did not receive my get my discount. Overall all was perfect.

Customer service is so extreme to me the young lady that waited on me was very polite and any store that I go into that's what I look for and the young lady in the Pandora store gave me all that and more she was very polite contentive and anything that a customer look for very polite

Because i found what i was looking for in the store. I loved the collection of cherry blossoms available at the store. The prices were also right for the items
