Manager was very nice and professional. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Victoria assisted me and help me find the charms I was looking for and 1 that I needed for another bracelet. She was very helpful and friendly and made my visit very enjoyable! She was also very knowledgeable and I appreciate our talk.

The store was very welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. As usual everything was packaged perfectly. I visiting from the west coast so that is the only reason I wouldn’t return in 90 days. I do wish the charms were exciting for all that DC has to offer.

The sales associate was very patient and very friendly. She knows her products well.

Lily C is an excellent salesperson. She recommends merchandise. She is knowledgeable of the Pandora jewelry.

I wanted 2 rings to act as a guard on my right ring finger (one on either of side of a wedding band of my grandfather's.) Evan helped me find the rings. He also showed me another possibility but the store only had one. He wrote the code for the ring so that I could call to find out if it comes in the next shipment or two. I much prefer shopping in the store rather than ordering on line.

I was greeted when I first walked in by Victoria B., and she helped me quickly with my purchase. I was visiting from Idaho and on a school trip & had limited time. She showed me the items I was looking for and helped me make my purchase quickly. The store was clean and all were friendly!!

The sales associate at pentagon city was lovely and so helpful. I will come back for her!
