Staff was very friendly and went out of their way, on two separate occasions, to help me look for what I asked for or to find me what I was looking for. Unfortunately, there were no giraffe patterned Murano beads or a giraffe charm, but the staff was very friendly in looking to see if there was one.

‘‘Twas the week before Xmas snd all through the Mall, the people were lining up for their haul. My wait was short to get in the Pandora store and Lourdes my sales associate helped me for sure! She was great I bought more!
