Andrea [141771] the sales manager at the Pandora Fashion Centre at Tyson Va had a pleasant personality and demonstrated excellent customer service. She was able to assist me with resolving the cause the bracelet continues to unlatch. That feedback encourage me to purchase a safety latch along with two set of earrings. My following comments has not have an impact to Andrea, but not sure why the bracket continues to unlatch- is that a know problem?

Pandora had a promotion going on this weekend and there were a lot of shoppers, but Pandora also had several sales people to help. It was crowded but at one point the door was closed so I felt that they were keeping tabs as to the number allowed in at one time, even though it was a busy period. I did not have to wait long before an associate was available. Vanessa helped me and she was excellent. She knew where the merchandise was located that I asked about and made nice helpful suggestions.It was a pleasure shopping with her.

My daughter’s first bracelet and she very happy. Which makes me happy. The two items I got was very affordable as well.
