Pandora has beautiful pieces with a lasting quality. It gives me peace of mind that I have jewelry I can just enjoy and not worry about tarnishing, breaking, snagging, etc... and the diversity and styles mean that I can wear it with anything everywhere. So I feel I am getting good value for money.

I was greeted sincerely but not overbearingly. I was asked the proper questions that helped me to make my purchase decision and I received additional education on your products.

The store was clean and bright. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You sell an excellent product.

Michelle (Sales Rep) was very friendly & very knowledgeable about the store inventory. She assisted me in a timely fashion & made purchasing easy & very comfortable. The customer service at this store has its days, but I can say Sarah & Michelle always has a welcoming tone. Very pleasant, Thanks

This location reached my expectations. When I walked in I was greeted promptly. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable in regards to what I was looking for, she went right to it. I was in and out within a nick of time.

Michelle J NO. 194789 was simply amazing. Personal customer service was the one thing I missed during the pandemic and Michelle delivered on all fronts. Her kindness, attention, patience, and making sure that I was not only satisfied but happy with my purchase made all the difference for me. I needed two of everything I was purchasing that day but when the store only had one she immediately went on line in search of finding a second one for me. (Side note, I really wish you would offer the option of free shipping if you purchase a certain amount or even free shipping if you send it to the store. Think about it. If a customer ships it to the store, then here is another opportunity for the customer to come into the store and purchase something else while picking up the item. Did not at all agree I should have had to paid for shipping especially since the store did not have it.)..Anyhoo Michelle suggested that I purchase on line but had me wait to purchase the bracelet so that the person I was purchasing for would have more of the 30 days return policy if they wanted too. She was really amazing.
