The sales associate was pleasant. They only allowed 6 people in the store (including staff) due to the pandemic. The sales associate offered to put my new charm on my bracelet for me.

My visit with Pandora is always pleasant with excellent customer service. I initially stop pass to get my bracelet clean since I was in the mall. Then the sales associate presented me with the sale that was going on. One bracelet three charms for $175. I walked out with a third bracelet added to my collection. Very happy customer.
