Great merchandise with amazing sale reps a d a nice atmosphere

When I walked in the store I was immediately greeted. I came in the store find a birthday gift for my mom and I left with three charms for her bracelet.

The sales associate was excellent! He was pleasant and very friendly. I had several questions he wasn’t annoyed and was very patient and knowledgeable!

This was the first opportunity I had to meet Andi, the new manager. She is, by far, the most pleasant and professional individual I have met in your store. She is an asset to your organization. As it turned out, we are both from Philadelphia and she made me feel valued and welcome at the same time.

The young lady that that help me was. Fairy knowledgeable and helped me spin the correct amount of money that I told her I was trying to spend The only problem that I had was the quality of the charms it’s too expensive for the price

The Store manager was very friendly and knowledgeable about Pandora. She gave alot of friendly advice regarding my purchases with Pandora especially my out of country purchases.

The customer service that I’ve received during my visit to Pandora was very friendly and helpful and I was very satisfied with my purchases. I want to try to re-visit the same store again if I want help to start another bracelet theme.

This was my very 1st time shopping@ Pandora & The Sales Associate Michelle was on IT as soon as I walked in with AWESOME customer service from the Greeting To the Final Purchase...I asked for earrings & Michelle took me directly to the 2 sections they had & we both immediately found what I was looking for & I was so pleased with my purchase & so was she & was very pleasant & always wore a smile while helping me...Best customer service I ever received Thank You Very Much Michelle & Pandora I 💘 My Earrings they are VERY Pretty☺🙌

Everything was overall great I was a first time customer and was buying a gift for my boyfriend for his birthday I had a hard time searching for gifts for him by myself until I receive help
