The staff was so nice and friendly and kept a good conversation going which is nice and even tho im only 17 years old she still treated me like a regular customer, because in most expensive store they would usually just ignore me and im just like hello im here but she was so friendly and showed me all the options she had in the store.

I had only one bad experience with this location 2 years ago around the Christmas Holiday went t back later that year and entire staff had changed.

I called the store and spoke to Samah Q before arriving. She assisted me and was ready to show me the merchandise when I arrived. I really appreciate her knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. Thank you Samah!

Sales association was knowledgeable. She helped me select a few items that I'm very satisfied with. I will return to that location. I do wish there was more options available for larger ring sizes.
