Excellent customer service

I shopped at this store the day after Christmas and it was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The associate greeted me immediately and went directly to the bead series I inquired about. He knew what he had available in stock before pulling the tray out. I was happy to be able to purchase one of the beads I had inquired about as a souvenir of my stay in VA. Both associates were friendly and efficient with a smile on their faces! :)
