I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience due to the fact that the staff were extremely friendly and always wanted to help. Additionally, the quality of the products are impeccable and they were very unique. To add to this, the pandora products consist of a reasonable price which is an advantage as some stores are very expensive.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the ladies of the Pentagon City Store made my shopping experience wonderful on my 46th birthday. I felt as though I was having a jewelry party in the privacy of my own home. The professionalism and warmth given from every sales associate turned the shopping experience into a pleasant birthday surprise! I was treated as royalty and I was treated like a "girlfriend" and not a customer. I will remember this experience for a lifetime!

When we walked into the Pandora the welcoming smiles on the staff face was warming . They couldn’t find the he ring at first that was on hold but found it and worked together to make sure we didn’t leave until the problem of finding the ring was solved . Team work makes the dream work .

The Sales associate was very pleasant and helped me find what I was looking for. She also gave me some suggestions on what purchase and how it would look on my current bracelet. The sales associate also gave some suggestions on of the other charms that would look great and recommend that I come back to see her when I am ready to purchase the charms and she will be of assistance to me. Awesome experience.
