I had a very pleasant experience at the Pentagon City Store with Victoria. She was friendly, helpful and very accommodating unlike my experience the day before at the National Harbor Store. It was like night and day. I have frequent the Harbor Store on multiple occasions and always left with a bad taste in my mouth with the customer service. I definitely will not be going back to that store with their bad customer service. I will definitely be shopping at Pentagon City from now on with Victoria. I also like that she actually knew and could tell me about the charms on my various bracelets that I brought in the store that day. She even went the extra mile to clean each of my bracelets and help select other items to compliment my bracelet. Great Customer Service!
