The associate and manager were amazing in helping me find what I was looking for, they also recommended me getting a guard to prevent losing my bracelet.

The store was clean and easy to move around in. The employee was very nice and helpful.

I enjoyed my time there because the pair of earrings that I was seeking was in stock and I got the last pair. I also was able to look at some other options and decided on the hoop earrings. I always love the quality of pandora jewelry.

She impressed me so much that day that I went back today to purchase an additional attachment to the bracelet. I have a Pandora location 20 minutes from my house but I chose to drive over an hour and a half because I was so impressed with her the first time. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and professional. Sales people usually rush through dealing with customers and that is not her, she took her time and was happy with answering all my questions. She even remembered me in detail from 2 months ago. She is my go-to Pandora girl from now on. She really impressed me.

She even showed me different pieces from the valentines collection that I’m going to go back to get and I plan to get the spacers that Claudia recommended I need for my bracelet.

The minute I walked in I was greeted and offered help. Mara F. was very friendly and helpful with answering my questions. Mara directed me to the sales items, which made me buy more. This was my first visit to Pandora, but it won't be my last.
